REFUND POLICY

 We have a 90 satisfaction guarantee from date of purchase.

To request a refund please send us an email with the following info:
• Order # (This can be found on your Order Confirmation email)
• Attach the files from the Order # that you would like to receive a refund for.

CONFIRMATION AND REFUND
Once we receive and review your refund request we will notify you of the approval or any questions about your refund request.
Once approved, a refund for the attached files that were sent back to us will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund within several days of our email:
1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you've completed the above and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at team@zukcadstore.com.

Unfortunately at this time exchanges are not possible in our system.
